These terms explain how Tap Engage Solutions provides and maintains your client dashboard and NFC keyring services in clear, straightforward language.

1. Who we are

Tap Engage Solutions provides custom branded client dashboards and NFC keyrings designed to give your customers one simple place to tap, view your key links, contact you and take action. These terms apply to all dashboard setups, updates and NFC services provided by us.

2. Services and plans

Tap Engage Solutions currently offers two setup options:

Both options require an ongoing mandatory fee of £25 per month to keep your dashboard hosted, online and functioning correctly.

This mandatory monthly fee covers:

Two NFC keyrings linked to your dashboard are included as part of the initial setup. Additional NFC keyrings can be purchased separately.

3. Mandatory monthly hosting, support & review

To keep your dashboard active, online and functioning, a mandatory £25 monthly hosting & service fee is required. If payment is not received on time, the following process applies:

When suspended, your dashboard URL and any linked NFC keyrings will display a simple “This dashboard is currently inactive” page until the outstanding balance is cleared.

Included as part of the £25 monthly fee:

Larger changes such as new designs, new sections or a major rebuild may require a separate quote.

4. Payments and cancellations

If your dashboard has been suspended due to non-payment and is not reactivated within 60 days, it may be permanently archived and removed from our systems. Reinstatement after this period may require a new setup fee.

To provide your dashboard we may store basic business and contact details (for example, business name, contact name, email address, public links and short descriptions) in platforms such as Google Sheets, Firebase/Firestore, Netlify, Zapier and internal admin tools used for account management.

We use this information solely to deliver and maintain your dashboard service. We do not sell your data. Third-party platforms have their own terms and privacy policies which we do not control.

7. Service availability and third-party platforms

Your dashboard relies on multiple third-party services. These platforms may update, change or experience outages outside of our direct control.

Examples include (but are not limited to):

Tap Engage Solutions may expand, enhance or upgrade its systems from time to time. During planned improvements, maintenance windows or future service iterations, temporary interruptions may occur. We will always aim to minimise downtime and communicate clearly whenever possible.
